KG Executive Visibility

I was brought in to help rebrand Kensington Grey, KG, and reposition it as a leader in the influencer marketing space. In my first year, I partnered closely with the CEO to redefine the brand voice, narrative, and long-term strategic communications vision.

A key focus of my departments work was executive visibility and building a strong thought leadership platform. As a result we secured high-profile speaking opportunities including AfroTech, CultureCon, Essence Festival of Culture, Forbes Black, ADCOLOR, and Social Media Week.

I also led the agency’s recognition strategy, driving an 80% increase in industry awards and accolades, including Inc. Female Founder 500, ADCOLOR Executive of the Year, PRNet Canadian Agency of the Year, and Essence Power 40. Strengthening both brand credibility and cultural relevance across the industry.
